Do you spend your whole day sitting at a desk? And maybe you’re also hunched over a computer, laptop, or phone? You’re in that position where your shoulders are rounded, your chin is at your neck, and by the end of the day, you have a headache. Maybe some days you even get all the way to the end of the day and realize you’ve barely gotten up from your seat for anything more than to refill your water and use the restroom. I’ve been there too (heck, I still am there).

This is your Yoga at your Desk class. This 10-minute yoga class is perfect for work without causing any unwanted attention and that you can do without leaving your chair. Of course, I do also want you to remember that getting up and walking throughout the day is highly encouraged. But for those busy work days when all you have is a quick 10-minutes before you need to get back to the emails calling your name, this practice is there for you.

With that said, this is also just a great chair yoga class so if getting down to the ground isn’t always available for your body, this is still a great opportunity to take a moment to stretch and find space in the body.

Props needed: a chair
