This is your 20-minute beginners friendly yoga for flexibility class. While we often think of flexibility as just being something within the physical body, this extends beyond the physical. We have to become flexible and fluid within our lives and the twists and turns that they may take; flexible within our jobs, families, schedules, etc. And this path takes time, awareness, and patience.

If you’re strictly talking from a physical, yoga asana standpoint, it can take time for our bodies to be able to move into various poses and depths. This yoga for flexibility practice is designed to start to create some space within the physical body, warm up the spine, and get the joints moving. This isn’t the end-all, be-all, but it’s a beautiful place to start on this journey.

Props needed: 2 blocks + 1 blanket (highly suggested)
