This is your 20-minute bedtime yoga class. This short yoga class is designed to help you slow down, release the day, and prepare for an evening of restful sleep. I’m not sure about you but my sleep lately has been absolute TRASH. I’ve been sleeping long enough but my quality of sleep isn’t there and I’m finding my body needs more support to relax before bedtime. Enter this class. This yoga for sleep class is sure to help support your practice for a restful evening to recharge. Note to self: take my own advice.

Props needed: 1 blanket (suggested, not required)
