This is your restorative yoga for stress relief class. For this class today we’ll only use 4 yoga poses to help find relief from some of the stress you may be feeling in your mind, body, and spirit. In restorative yoga practices, like this one, you’ll hold each pose for a little bit longer and use props to help hold you in those positions. While you won’t feel an active stretch, rest assured that you are still gaining so many wonderful benefits from these poses. We’ll also finish off our class with my favorite breathwork practice.
